Three years ago, we noticed a pattern. Friends and family kept asking for help with their internet. Not because equipment failed, but because nobody had configured it properly in the first place.
ISP technicians would drop off a modem, place the router wherever was convenient, and leave. Dead zones appeared. Speeds disappointed. Devices dropped connections.
We realized residential networks needed specialists who understood both the technical requirements and the reality of how people actually use their homes. That insight became atoll mongoose.
